1. Get in touch! Telephone, email, or use the contact form and we will find a time that suits your for your first consultation.   

2. During your consultation
You will have the opportunity to explain what your goals are and what you would like to achieve - It may be necessary to record your starting weight and or take measurements.  Please note that all of your personal information will be kept and recorded in a confidential manner.  I will come up with a plan that is best for your needs.

During each appointment, I will advise on how to help you reach your goals with improved nutrition, exercise, fitness and lifestyle recommendations.  I will always keep you up to date with the latest foods and healthy food preparation techniques, fitness, sportswear and supplements depending on what you goal is.  Each week you will also be provided with worksheets and factsheets to educate you on improved nutrition, wellness, and fitness and lifestyle recommendations. 

I will be able to give you an estimate of how many follow up appointments you may need – please see FAQs for more information.

3. After your appointment(s) - I will forward you personalised tailor-made advice based on the information obtained during the appointment.  This will take into account your lifestyle, routine and preferences.  I will send this to you within 24 hours of our first appointment.

What can you expect from the process? Why should I sign up?

How many appointments will I need? How long in between appointments?
This largely depends on you!  I recommend having one appointment per week for the first two weeks to get you off to a good start.  After that it can be scaled back to one appointment every two weeks.  Once you have reached your goal then it may only be necessary to have one appointment per month.  Please note that commitment and determination to succeed is required.  I am trained in behavioural coaching and motivational speaking but you will need a good measure of commitment, determination and willpower.  How much on a scale of 1 to 10 do you actually want to achieve your goal?

Which countries do you cover?
We offer worldwide consultations so long as you have access to email and an internet connection.  Please note that our video calls may be recorded for training.  They will NEVER be passed on. 

What is required of me?

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment I need at least 24 hours’ notice by telephone, email or text message.  If less than 24 hours’ notice then the full cost of the appointment is still due. 

Do you give talks or presentations at places of business or schools?
Please do get in touch with me via telephone or email if this is something that you would like to discuss further.
